Make your building welcoming and comfortable. When it was built (if it is old) people’s houses were Spartan and largely unheated. Now the vast majority enjoy central heating, comfortable furniture, mood lighting, colour co-ordinated furnishing fabrics. Medieval cathedrals spoke of the glory of God to people who lived in hovels.
