Love Cornwall Youth

Love Cornwall is a mission that will reach out to all age groups. 2008 provides a wonderful opportunity to strengthen the young people in your church and reach out to their friends with the life-transforming message of the Gospel.

'What can I see? ... I see a small cloud rising, the size of my hand' (1 Kings 17)
What did that cloud result in? A deluge: the end of the famine.
What can we see?
A crowd of young people ... rising ... a handful ... ready for mission.
But where is the famine?
Are you starved for workers to sow the seeds or reap the harvest?

Six young people who love Jesus, to come and eat pizza with your youth group, encouraging them, equipping them, envisioning them, helping them to reach their friends for Jesus?
Or maybe things are taking off in your youth group and you would like to move into having your own worship band. But where do you start? Would a youth worship team spending time with your guys, training and resourcing them, be just what you need?
Or maybe you are ready for a full scale street or social action mission. You’ve got a handful of guys but it would be so much easier if you had more, some experienced leaders and youth to show you the ropes or serve your vision.
Or maybe … IT'S YOUR CALL!

We certainly believe so. A group of Youth Leaders from across the county can see a small cloud rising, mighty downpours, a deluge of the love of God meeting the needs of our communities, young people equipped and mobilized for mission.
Is God calling you to be a part of this? Are you ready to be a sending church, or a receiving church, or maybe both?
2008 is going to be a year of mission all over Cornwall: in Carrick, Caradon, Restormel, Penwith, Kerrier and North Cornwall … churches working together … unity commanding a blessing.
Do you long to see young people responding to the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Whether you have one person or a hundred, this is an opportunity for us all!
